23.01.2022 As 2020 comes to an end I can reflect on the year that has been and be content that I took every opportunity to make it the most fulfilling yet! Although it has been tough there have been so many peaks. I served a very important purpose for Covid with my essential worker job, went on an epic holiday and had the biggest year for my business ever. I want to thank everyone for putting their trust in my business it means the world to me. I can’t wait to continue servicing all of... your needs come 2021! For now this ol’ girl is putting her feet up and taking it easy recharging for the next year. Happy new year to all and stay safe Xx

09.01.2022 Vulnerable: exposed to the possibility of being attacked or harmed, either physically or emotionally. This year has been challenging for so many reasons. The hardest part for me has been learning it is ok to be vulnerable and also being ok with the repercussions be it good or bad. I have noted growth in dealing with the emotions attached to being vulnerable. Learning to be an open book has opened my eyes to people who are really there for me, people who really want to know ...how my day has been and people who genuinely give a shit. 09.01.2022 Soooo...... I did a thing Last year during the lockdown I decided to set a few goals for myself - mentally & physically before I turned 40 years old. It does...n’t take someone to know me all that well, to know that I am a lover of all things fitness and health - but it hasn’t always been that way. I’ve struggled with being overweight, the effects of smoking excessively and other personal & serious health issues in the past. I turned my life around and decided to look after myself - so why not celebrate what I’ve achieved at the ripe old age of 40?! I made contact with my good friend and trainer Justin Eming and said - ‘let’s do a photo shoot’. I worked my ass off for months (well, my ass on actually ) and got the results I had set out to achieve, despite the fact that I was extremely fearful of going through with the shoot. I couldn’t have done any of this without my numero uno supporter, my husband Luke and also my woo gurl and fav Betina. These two kept me going when I literally wanted to give up and started to loose confidence in what I was doing. A massive thank you to the absolutely gorgeous Monica Scardigno Beauty. Such a beautiful woman and I was so happy with the final results of my tan, make up and hair Finally - thank you to Nelson Azevedo Photography. You made me feel so comfortable as I paraded around the beach half (let’s be honest, there wasn’t a lot of clothing) naked body and made me feel like an absolute star So here are two of the shots from my shoot.
