18.01.2022 Ok. This is scary for me... All my insecurities laid out in the open. Here is my very own before and after. There is no filter or tweaking used here at all, just my bare skin and the honest truth: . Consistency, fantastic skincare, and SPF (every day, all over!) is the key. Every day I am continuing to work towards my own #skingoals and I couldn’t wait to show you my progress so far. I recently stumbled upon this old photo on my ipad (the before ...pic) and nearly fell off my chair!! To see these two images side by side... Wow! I didn’t realise the transformation my skin has undergone... Thank you @rodanandfields! I’ve always had freckles (hello Aussie beach childhood) but my second pregnancy triggered melasma, which I didn’t know anything about until I had it. #thankyouhormones Cue me trying SO many different products, from high end to supermarket to natural oils to diy products. I tried it all... Everyone I spoke with gave conflicting advice or just sold me one hero product which didn’t address all my needs. I felt defeated and so upset at my skin. Anyone else felt this way? I started using R+F products a few years ago and loved how straightforward the products are to use and how beautiful they felt on my skin. (No more guessing which product to use when etc) I found out what all the hype was about!
