14.01.2022 We can’t complete a simple high five (watch till the end ) but we can complete some epic workouts together, and that is just one of the many reasons why I love my mum! Training with your mum is so fun and an incredible way to further bond! Mum and I created this workout video to inspire you to do a workout with your mum tomorrow!... We decided to release it tonight so you can get up and smash it before indulging in a Mother’s Day breakfast, lunch, or dinner tomorrow, as that’s what generally happens to celebrate. We are all for that, but we want to inspire a different kind of celebration this year! So get your Mum up and get active! Give these exercises a go, they are fun, challenging, and sure to leave you smiling! Modify to your fitness levels and any injuries. Or do something completely different, whatever you do, just get up and get both your beautiful bodies moving! 11.01.2022 For years I always thought it was hilarious that I was this fitness guru, because fitness was just a tool I utilized to help people improve their confidence. For me it’s never been about fitness. It’s always been about helping to empower people ~ Jillian Michaels I decided to become a trainer because I saw the positive impact fitness had on me and those around me. 08.01.2022 Tonight’s BC Babes pushed through this toasty little session which had them moving those pins and running all over the hall! Warm up with some mobility exercises then into... SUICIDE RUNS starter... Round 1 2 x runs to the first cone (partner is holding a squat at the start) high five your partner and switch over. Each time increasing the run length to the next cone Round 2 2 x runs to the first cone then x 2 squats on 2nd run (partner is performing push ups at the start) high five your partner and switch over. Increase run length as above. Then straight into some CIRCUIT PYRAMID work Concentrating on form over speed. Slowing down movements to Perform each exercise for set time which increase then decrease in time. Total in rounds = 5min (& 1min rest inbetween as I’m not a total monster ) Nice work Babes ! You all worked hard I’m very impressed ! Drink plenty of water, eat a good meal and get some rest! You deserve it! BodyCraft trainer Joni
