10.01.2022 On the 24th December 2016 at 1700 or there abouts Optus without warning or telling us that they had a major issue decided to take the satellite out of orbit ie shut it down. The B3 Satellite which was the satellite that we used for ReeferTrak since then we have been without salellite coverage and we have been trying to move across to Inmarsat. Once again Optus being a really helpful company forgot to tell the powers to be that the Frequencies that ReeferTrak used were no longer required and this has had a major impact on getting the switch over to Inmarsat. Today this has been corrected and now we are hoping that the switch over may happen tonight but I reserve the right for it not to happen. As every time I have said today it should happen it has not happened, but we can only be hopeful?
02.01.2022 I am hopeful that I will be phoning customers later tonight with good news that units are starting to report in
