08.01.2022 What better way to spend a Wednesday than our very own Tea Party. After months of prep and menu testing the big day arrived and it was delightful. My Business Chicks Gold Coast crew joined me in a menu of finger sandwiches, lemon tarts, English fruit buns, Japanese Wagashi, mini quiche, mini croissants, strawberry gateau cake, and of course scones, jam & cream. We washed it all down with English Breakfast tea, Organic French Earl Grey tea, Moroccan Mint tea and finished up w...ith an Earl Grey Marteani. Tea is a wonderful way to connect. I bought a big bunch of these gorgeous pink flowers for $25 and split them up into clear vases of all shapes and sizes, then popped them all around the room and table. They created a consistent pop of colour but didn’t overwhelm any one space.
