Let me know, I might run some 30mins sessions, Boxing (shadow of course), Pilates, Body Weight Strengthening, Agility for Sport etc. I'll run some live and post the videos for those who can't attend. What times would suit? Anyone interested in a Laptops Are a Pain in the Neck 10 min session?
