Hadriens knowledge in Hard/soft goods focussed AGILE product development process and also reframing challenge is very valuable and inspiring. He encourages the team to challenge the ways weve been doing things; in a non-intrusive manner.... Since we had since the workshop has been the increase in energy-level and focus of not just the design team, but company-wide.
