01.01.2022 PROJECT UPDATE | EVENTIDE VILLAGE STAGE 1, PADSTOW Construction works are progressing well at Eventide with the roof, façade and installation of all external windows and doors now complete. Our current focus is on the interior works, and on bringing down the scaffold for the big reveal! We can’t wait! An important priority for the Eventide Stage 1 project has been to minimise the impact of construction works on existing residents. Through our continued focus on safety, enviro...nment, and communication Mono has kept residents up to date with monthly newsletters at each stage of the construction process. Great relationships have been formed with the client, residents and village staff at Eventide and our team has ensured that everyone’s needs have been met.
