We dont want to mention the C word, but last time we were in this situation we did experience a huge spike in demand for delivery. 16.01.2022 This weekend’s special - Chiang Mai Hung Lay Curry with slow cooked camel, peanut, ginger and pineapple - yes we said ‘camel’. This Northern curry is similar to Massaman but a bit more fragrant, herby and with less coconut milk. Camel meat is of course free range, organic and delicious.
