20.01.2022 To all Northern Monsoons Players & their families, Now that the crazy 2020 Season has officially ended we would like to wish everybody a Safe and Happy end to this year. The club has grown massively within the last 6 to 11 months, with 10 A Grade and 12 B Grade Social Teams playing weekly. Saturday trainings went from strength to strength with new junior and senior players attending every week. Townsville Classic was one of the biggest tournaments in clubs recent history wit...h teams from Cairns, Mackay and Townsville competing over the 2 Divisions. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who helped the committee members out this year to ensure the club, social competition nights and trainings ran smoothly. To Nicole and all the amazing staff at Townsville Stadium thank you for helping get this season running, and dealing with all the requests I (Dan) asked of you all. As for next year we are looking to return to trainings and maybe summer comp mid to late January early February . That means we have 3 weeks left in our Social Volleyball Season. That also means FINALS start this week for both A Grade and B Grade Divisions. 12.01.2022 Monsoons Volleyball Players, Just wanted to remind everyone that it is OUR RESPONSIBILITY to pack up all equipment Balls, Ball Carts, Scoreboards etc. Water Bottles or Rubbish at the end of each game night or training sessions. The Townsville Stadium staff are not there to clean up after us.
