10.01.2022 CASA - Crossed Wires / Right Connections 2 x safety behaviours training videos A drama based set of instructional videos describing safety deficiencies and appropriate corrective safety behaviours regarding human factors for aircraft engineers. The story is set in a maintenance hanger where we witness some mundane daily issues, each of no great significance. When lined up together into a certain pattern however, these events lead to near disaster. The production involved a mid flight crisis sequences so a plane was shot against green screen backgrounds so as to show the distressed plane in flight .
