23.01.2022 Ippin Sake Night @ Mon Saturday 7 April Join sake sommelier Satoshi Yoshikubo from Yoshikubo Sake Brewery in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan for drinks paired perfectly with Japanese cuisine from Mon in Leederville.... Satoshi will serve Yoshikubos Ippin series sake for a delicious and informative tasting of Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai. Guests will even have the opportunity to taste Mito Umeshu (plum wine) from the Ippin series, which has just received the top award at the 2017 Umeshu competition in Japan. Also we include the Awase Yuzu, a liquor with enjoyable sweetness and aromatic sake resolution from the use of fresh yuzu. Please enjoy our complimentary sake tasting set and lets discover the fantastic variety of Ippin sake, and share the story behind the Yoshikubo Sake Brewery with its more than 200 years of history.
