24.01.2022 Sparkler send off! Some of the dreamiest moments of the wedding day! Over the years I’ve definitely seen some work out better than others...from bad timing to d...runken guests burning themselves here’s a few tips to help achieve the perfect sparkler send off! Choose the big sparklers! They last so much longer and give off a bigger spark! Have your guests WAIT to light them! Not until the couple are literally ready to walk out! They fizzle soo quick and walking down in the darkness isn’t the goal here When you walk down, take your time, but don’t stop and hug everyone as you will run out of sparklers by the end! Have your guests line up in two straight lines about 2 meters apart in an open space if possible! We’re not making an arch that’s joint up by the sparklers, this would mean the couple and photographer and videographer will have to duck to go through and it’s remember it’s fire... and fire is really hot! Don’t light a handful of sparklers at once, trust me on this one, I’ve seen it and it wasn’t pretty. They turn into a massive fireball and it’s soo dangerous for the person holding that. Spoiler alert - third degree burns. Have your bridal party and parents line up at the end, and get them to light their sparklers last so those cute hugging photos are still lit beautifully!! Have sand buckets handy to dispose of the sparklers when you’re done! Chucking them away into places that could catch on fire is not ideal. Eee that was a lot!
