23.01.2022 Announcement. We are sorry to inform that we will be CLOSED tonight. We didn't expect such a huge lunch rush and have sold out of our stock we had for tonight. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to our customers. We want to only provide the best food in a timely manner and we are worried we won't beable to do that so it's best we remain closed tonight. We are Closed for Christmas and Boxing day but will be open 11am on Friday. We will also be closed on New years day but we will be open new years eve And we would like to thank the customers today for their patience and understanding with us during our rush and also apologize to our customers for the lomger than expected wait times for their meals. 15.01.2022 Just a quick announcement. The other night we had a rather unfortunate incident in which a customer phone ordered $200+ of food for a 6pm pickup and failed to pick up. After multiple attempts to reach the customer they refused to do the right thing and never came.. As you can understand this did cause a problem to our business and our customers who had to wait a little longer for their meals while this order was being made. A lot of food and time was wasted. . Due to th...is Montes has had to inforce a new rule for phone orders. Any phone orders that are quite large will now require a deposit to be made prior to cooking, or the customer must come in shop before the order will be made. 14.01.2022 Announcement Post WE ARE OPEN ALL DAY 11am until around 9pm (Depending on how buys or how long stock lasts)... We are changing it up a bit for this afternoon to limit people being too close to eachother. After 5pm we will have a server at our front door, no entry needed to make/pickup your order. We will be happy to send Text messages when food is ready to help shorten the wait time outside of our store. We would like to remind people of patience and kindness today as it will be busier than normal and wait times will be expected. Abuse to our workers will not be tolerated and rest assured we will be working at our best to get orders out as close to the time we have told people. Until we are told otherwise we can remain trading as normal While social distancing is a big factor right now we are happy to call or text when your order is ready to help keep contact with others as low as possible. We will be continuing to wear face masks as a safety measure and use sanitizer. We are happy that we can remain open and running for now. We would like to announce that due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we are taking extra messures to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers.
