Under the Current Home Confinement,Movement and Gathering Direction anyone who intends to lay a wreath on the cenotaph on Anzac Day may be subject to a fine under these rules. 02.01.2022 Monto RSL Sub Branch 2020 Remembrance Day Service. Service will commence at 10.30am sharp at the RSL Club. Wreaths will be laid by RSL Members and representatives from other local organizations may lay wreaths also. Once formalities are concluded outside, everyone will proceed into the RSL Club for the continuation of the service. COVID 19 Rules apply inside the club. All persons entering the building must sign the REGISTER.... Please arrive about 10.15 and do this. Service will not wait for any late persons as we have a very strict time frame to work with.
