24.01.2022 We've added another beautiful oil to our moisturiser; Rosehip Oil. This oil is an upper shelf oil so it is used in small quantities, but the benefits and aroma are wonderful. 'Rosehip oil is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, which are integral for tissue and cell regeneration in the skin. It's no wonder that the oil has long been used ...for wound healing, as well as the reduction of scars and fine lines.' 16.01.2022 These are scary times, the numbers keep going higher, the heartache is reaching deep into our hearts & minds. We need to take time every day- sometimes hourly, to look at something that gives us peace & joy: the garden, our pets, old photos, books, old letters/emails, writing a letter/email, and at each other & be thankful we still can. Constant sanitising/washing our hands can result in dry, cracked skin. Use a good moisturiser multiple times each day & if you can get cott...on gloves (not wool/synthetic) use moisturiser just before bed & slip the gloves on so it stays on your skin through the night. We do recommend Montrose & May We can do a contactless drop off this week to keep you off the streets if you need a jar Stay safe & be kind to yourselves

Enjoying the grandchildren via video or eating in their impromptu ‘cafe’ , watching birds trying to break the frozen water in the bird bath, being mesmerised by the rainbow in our lounge room created by a crystal & taking long walks.
