Choices include:... The Aussie Parma - grilled bacon, rich Napoli sauce, melted mozzarella cheese and fried egg. The Avocardo Parma - Virginian ham, sliced avocardo, melted mozzarella cheese finished with hollandaise sauce. 18.01.2022 From the 11th June, the Montmorency Eltham RSL will be reopening with the easing of restrictions in line with government guidelines. The following will apply in the venue: Our Bistro will be reopening. Restrictions and capacity limits will apply. We will be open in sessions for bookings. Lunch session times will be 11.30am-1pm and 1.15pm-2.30pm. Dinner session times will be 5.30pm -7pm and 7.15pm - 8.30pm. Capacity limits per session will be capped at 40 people per session. ...All sessions will be seated. Our Members Bar will be reopening with strict restrictions. Capacity limits will apply. A maximum of 10 members will be allowed inside upstairs and a maximum of 50 members will be allowed outside in our balcony. There will be no session times and no bookings. Upstairs access will be first in, best dressed for seating. If you're unsure about capacity limits, please call us prior to arrival. Our Gaming lounge will be closed due to density limits until easing of restrictions. Takeaway will be available for lunch and dinner between our session times from 11th June on Friday. You will need to call to order your takeaway meals. Masks will need to be worn in the venue unless outside or eating and drinking. QR code sign in will be mandatory and members can be refused entry if we don’t see your tick on the government sign in. Thank-you to all members for your co-operation in these tough times. We hope to see easing of restrictions soon so we can get back to running at full capacity. If anyone is struggling through these tough times, please don’t hesitate to call us.

11.01.2022 The Lone Pine along with Rosemary which was ripped out of the Hurstbridge War Memorial Garden has been recovered not far from where the criminal act took place. CCTV footage has been provided to the Police who are confident of positively identifying those involved. For anyone who hasn't booked we have a 2 course menu for Mothers day on Sunday 9th May, with FREE champagne on arrival for all the mums attending A raffle will be drawn on the day and live music will be provided for patrons dinning in for lunch.... $35 per person for the 2 course lunch menu and free champagne for all mums on arrival. Mains include a choice of: Tempura Battered Flake Fillets - South Australian flake fillets lightly battered and served with chips, mixed salad and side of citrus mayo Pistachio Crusted Pork Schnitzel - pork tenderloin crumbed with pistachio nuts and panko bread crumbs topped with spiced plum sauce, sauteed baby spinach and roasted chats Slow Cooked Chicken Breast - slow cooked breast in rich tomato, olives, semi dried tomatoes and roasted red peppers finished with fresh basil and Italian parsley served on a bed of butter tossed pasta Desserts choices include: New York Baked Cheesecake - served with mixed berry coulis and double cream Black Forest Mousse Cake - black forest inspired white mousse with sour cherry and chocolate garnish Citrus Tart - sweet pastry shell filled with lemon/lime curd served with double cream Vegetarian and Gluten Free option available on the day. We will not be influenced by allegations, we will not be swayed by any agenda other than that which affects the welfare of veterans. As our veteran community weathers the storm brought upon them by the very Government that sent them to war, we will not falter in our commitment to them and our service to their welfare and gratitude for their sacrifice. We encourage Victorian citizens to do the same and remember without their bravery, courage and willingness to fight, we would not have the freedoms we now take for granted. 02.01.2022 Thank-you to everyone that attended our ANZAC Day March and ceremony 2021 at the Montmorency Eltham RSL! A huge thank-you to our committee, our president, our volunteers, organisers and management for making this event run smoothly and for all their hard work and hours put into raising money for the ANZAC Day Appeal. We like to also commemorate veterans past and present and those that have past on, for their efforts for our country and community. Their sacrifices are not unn...oticed and we thank-you for your services to serve our country. We were humbled to see so many at our Anzac March this year, showing strength in our communities during these challenging times. Thank-you to patrons for respecting our rules and regulations set by the state government and being patient with our staff. To those at home that couldn't attend, thank-you for donating to the ANZAC Day appeal and either live streaming the ceremony or having a moment silence at home. We hope next year restrictions will ease and we'll be able to run at full capacity for next years 2022 ANZAC Day. "At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.
