25.01.2022 This beauty was made to celebrate sweet little Aoife’s baptism (enjoyed @theboatshedlakehume). As you can see our ice cream cakes can be tailored to suit all occasions! The trickiest part of making this cake was the sprinkle laden white chocolate crucifix (proper couverture chocolate of course!), but I’m always up for a new challenge! Thanks to Carol & Barry @essentialingredientalbury for their extensive range of sprinkles! What’s inside?... Paired with a piped white chocolate whipped cream and our house made honeycomb - made with alpine honey (pre-bushfires, hope the bees survived it, I think about them every time I make honeycomb!), and topped with pistachios, freeze dried raspberries and those gorgeous freeze dried flowers from @simplyrosepetals.
