24.01.2022 GOODLUCK to the ladies in the League events this week. Zellie Jenny Vi Kylie n Kylie Double winners on Sunday. Players playing for Geoff n Jodie trophy & Kylie n "Jasons" trophy from last week .Great weather, a warm day giving us a taste of what is yet to come. Someone had their eye on that plant for two weeks and bowled well to get it. Stay tuned Santa n an elf Apparently ......will soon visit Moodi

22.01.2022 Moodi Bowling Club celebrates 80 years. With past bowlers being represented by themselves or family members n present bowlers. Unfortunately rain stopped play but did not spoil the day. Afternoon tea was put together by the club members. President Geoff Hosking gave a short speech on the history that Jenny had put together n thanking those who came to celebrate with us. The honour of cutting the cake was a very proud Niel Abbott. A time capsule will hopefully be opened in the year 2038.....may we continue to be a happy n proud club

The day started with a minute silence in memory of our well respected n popular Moodi bowler n friend Allan Schinzig whom will be missed on n off our green.
