17.01.2022 To all who met Tony and support and follow Moody's Wines, It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Tony, after a short illness, aged 75. He went peacefully and surrounded by his family. ... It’s early days yet, but we’re looking at holding the funeral next Friday 11th January in Orange, at Holy Trinity around lunchtime it will be a celebration of his rich and well-travelled life. Thank you everybody, and from his family, Rob, Andrew and Helen, we send you our love and warmest regards. Moody's Wines will continue in some form or another, but for now we remain closed.

12.01.2022 Moody's Rosé won a bronze medal at the 2018 Orange Wine Show, and was judged 4th out of 22 Rosés submitted. The 2017 Sav Blanc earned 44 points and the 2017 Shiraz 46 points.The Orange Show gets bigger and bigger, so, as the smallest vineyard, we are happy with these results amongst over 50 brands.

08.01.2022 Thank you to all who have ever enjoyed dad's company at Moody's Wines. Today we scattered dad's ashes on the vines and laid down a plaque in the top corner of the block. The plaque reads: Here, in 1998, Tony Moody made a home. He planted grape vines and made good wine.... He raised two boys and four dogs. His door was always open to friends and strangers. He told them his stories and served them a curry. We will miss him. 1943 - 2019
