25.01.2022 What a week #12 has been! Making up for lost time was our goal this week, and a huge effort was put in by all involved! Pool is in along with the concrete surrounds, down pipes installed on all the pool area, garage ceiling back up and plastered along with all the cornice, pine ridge was all framed out and installed, more rubix cladding and soffits, all wet sealing was completed and now ready for tiling, more window glass installed, the front door was hung and some painting was also done to get ready for the cabinetry install. Phheeewwwww!!! Another business of ours, Coastal Country Sheds also went into overdrive with a shed prep on Saturday, and back on site 7 am this morning with the Concretors. Can't wait for Easter

24.01.2022 Week #13 and we are now all locked out oops I mean locked up This steller week saw the garage and carport doors installed, the tilers making a start on the floor, the plumbers installing some more down pipes and the outside cladding and soffits were nearly all completed. We hope everyone has had a great Easter

24.01.2022 The Wait is over... It is time to finally reveal our finished product! A Big thank you to all our tradies and suppliers that have been involved in this Epic Project. Once again, we must thank Jeff and Wendy for giving us the opportunity to build such a beautiful home. 23.01.2022 Prime River front property going to Auction at 4pm tomorrow

23.01.2022 More painting and tiling were the tasks for week #14 and the tradesman are certainly putting in the time, to maintain the finish that has been consistent throughout this entire build Next week, we will see more tiling, the start of the cabinetry and internal fix out, plus the thinking cap will have to stay on, as we start to flick some heights around the back in preparation for the plumbers, fencers and Concretors in the coming weeks

It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you both whilst building your amazing project, and we are so stoked with the end result. Such kind words makes my job as a builder very rewarding, so thank you so much for our card, dinner voucher and the trust you placed in us from the start to build your dream home! 14.01.2022 It is now Week #15 and it was cabinetry time! We are so pumped to see these rooms once they are all finished off with the stone tops, mirror/glass and tiled splash backs, basins and the polished tapware. The chippy's also made a start with the fix out, so that the tilers can return next week and make a start on the walls.

04.01.2022 On the weekend we jet setted to the big smoke and witnessed our wonderful friends Kate & Andrew tie the knot in this amazing church! St Johns Cathedral in Brisbane is an absolute work of art. The architecture and stone masonry is mind blowing! And we both asked ourselves, "who cleans up to the ceiling?"... my only decent response...must be God?

02.01.2022 What a devastating trail of destruction that has been left by Cyclone Debbie! We were unfortunate to sustain some minor damage, but it's nothing compared to many others. An awesome effort has been made by our plastering team in week 11, who has continued on with no land power and kept alive the great progress. All going well this week, we should be able to make it to lock up stage
