07.01.2022 Merry Christmas everyone. After a hectic and unusual year we are now getting ready to celebrate the festive season as we see all the Christmas Lights taking shape. Please be responsible and dont attempt any "DIY Electrical modifications" unless you are fully qualified and insured. Plugging in lights is fine but don't overload your circuits or power boards. Keep your extension cords off the ground, free from trip hazards and plugs/transformers clean & dry. Do not attempt t...o repair any Christmas electrical decorations unless qualified. Be safe when using ladders and try to get someone to hold the ladder steady while in use. Low voltage transformers can become quite hot so do not cover them and allow plenty of ventilation. Check to make sure whether your lights (& transformer) are indoor or outdoor. Keep lights and wiring away from infants and puppies. Check your switchboard for safety switches and your house for a working smoke alarm. But above all, have a great Christmas and a prosperous New Year 2021.
