25.01.2022 Message from the President of our Club Bunnings BBQ on Sunday Thank you to all who participated. The BBQ was a great success. 37 hours of time were contributed by Mooloolah Soccer Club volunteers at the Bunnings BBQ. The breakdown of hours volunteered by each of our teams is as follows:... The WINNERS were the Under 8 Red Bellies who supplied 10 hours Under 6 Vipers 8 hours Under 9 Cobras 6 hours Under 10 Mambas 4 hours Under 8 Copperheads 3 hours and Under 11 Banded Pythons, Under 10 Tiger Snakes, and Under 7 Whip Snakes all with 2 hours each. Special mention goes to Dallas (from the Vipers) and Jaxon (the Red Bellies) who have a fabulously supportive family. Three generations of the family, supplied a combined 16 hours of volunteering between them. Well done, we couldn’t have done it without you. Very much appreciated Charne See more

25.01.2022 Message Canteen Convenor - Anthony O'Brien Hi All, Further to the previous Facebook post and the email sent to coaches and managers on 20th May regarding Canteen Co-ordinators, I am still looking for some more co-ordinators to assist in the canteen for our 6 remaining home games this season. Thank you to everyone who has responded so far. As mentioned, the role of the co-ordinator will be to manage the canteen during one of the following (potentially flexible) time slots on ...the day. 7.00 - 9.00 - Set up and commence trade 9.00 - 10.00 - Enjoy the rush 10.00 - 11.30 - Enjoy the rush 11.30 - until approx 13.30 - see out the trade, pack down, and clean up. These staggered time slots will allow us to share the load on the day, while also allowing us to choose our time slot based around when our young people are playing. Home game dates for the remainder of the season are: 19 th June 26 th June 17 th July 31 st July 07 th August 14 th August If you have availability on one or more of the dates above, or you would like some more information about what the co-ordinator role entails, please contact me at [email protected] as soon as you can. 24.01.2022 Our end of season trophy presentation is this Sunday 13th September at the Mooloolah Soccer Fields. Please see the events for times. We also have our AGM , if you can help on the committee in any capacity it would be greatly appreciated. We have a number of members exiting roles that need to be filled in order to continue. All positions are declared vacant and include: * President * Vice President * Secretary * Treasurer... * Registrar * Canteen Coordinator x2 * Publicity Officer * Grounds/Fields Maintenance * Coaching Director * Equipment Officer * Grants and Fundraising * Seniors Liaison Officer The benefits of being on the committee are a sense of community, new friendships....and for active members (i.e. one of the above roles) all junior (U6-U18) immediate family members (i.e. your children) get free registration (no limit on number of children). 23.01.2022 Following from the Queensland Government regarding a positive case of COVID-19 on the Sunshine Coast, SCCSA participants, parents and supporters are advised to ...check the list of exposure sites listed on the Queensland Health website. https://www.qld.gov.au//co/current-status/contact-tracing Any participants, parents and supporters who have been to the listed exposure sites at the relevant times must not attend any soccer activity (training or games) and should immediately isolate, get a COVID test as soon as possible, and remain in isolation until they return a negative result.

04.01.2022 Visiting our club this weekend...Pleaae read the following: Make sure you sign in using the QR code (there will be plenty placed around the clubhouse, at entry points to the fields or sign in to the paper sheets that managers will have for every team. Make sure you sanitise at the stations at all entry points where QR code’s are. If you are unwell please don't come. Practice social distancing ...
