18.01.2022 WE ARE BEING SOLD A DUD!! The Labor party have again demonstrated they don’t value their safe seats as much as the marginal ones in the South east. They have fast tracked a project to be delivered before the state election despite the fact it will have disastrous consequences for local residents. Local residents who attended consultation sessions were told the road under rail was the only feasible option! The State Government MUST fully investigate all options, including the one proposed by Council and actually consider the feedback from those who are going to be impacted forever if their half-baked option is implemented. As councillor Rebecca Gauci Maurici suggests, we need to get in contact with our local MPs and make sure our voice is heard.
