23.01.2022 A few snaps of the MXR Moonie Yabbie Races 2019. It was a very successful day!! We hope everyone had a great time and enjoyed the program. Thank you to our sponsors, the Moonie Sports Club executive, members & volunteers, the Entertainment Committee, the Catering Committee, Callum Hann & his amazing team, Mick Lindsay & Evolutional Music, stall holders, our mystery Fashions on the Field judge, Bridie Jayne Photography, bar staff, security guys and everyone who came and supported our wonderful event! 17.01.2022 MOONIE CUP WINNER The winning yabbie of the Tara Rural Supplies Moonie Cup 2019 is Hirst Gold owned by syndicate ‘Dry Spell’. Sleek in appearance, Hirst Gold was in for some cracking competition. She managed to bucket down the straight and open the flood gates, breaking the spell of the Moonie madness. ‘Dry Spell’ syndicate then celebrated the night away as their elusive yabbie retired to the sparkling waters at ‘Burradoo’. ... The Moonie Cup was presented by Kylie Fourie on behalf of the team at Tara Rural Supplies. Congratulations to everyone and thank you to Tara Rural Supplies for sponsoring this glorious race!

04.01.2022 8 lucky foodies joined celebrity chef Callum Hann and Crystal Jagger from Sprout Cooking School & Health Studio for the MXR Moonie Yabbie Races Masterclass and Cooking School yesterday. They prepared sumptuous canapés for the pre-race Luncheon. They were a big hit with race goers! Thank you to everyone involved!
