29.01.2022 Back in 1999, Moonlight Publishing, released its first (and only) cd. (Well there was a cdrom, but it was The Who's Who of Australian Rock, and published by RMiT). This various artist compilation was first released in 1966, and was reported to be the rarest lp record of its type in Australia. Still plenty of copies left in the Moonlight warehouse, $22.00 plus $2 postage within Australia.

22.01.2022 Brian Cadd is an Australian vocalist and pianist, who has achieved many accolades within the music industry. In 1995, Moonlight Publishing, published a book about Cadd's career, written by Paul McHenry. Now in 2020, McHenry has updated his original book, providing more information about Cadd's musical career since 1995. The 2nd revised edition, still sells for $5, plus $2 postage within Australia.

15.01.2022 It was sad to hear of the death of Max Merritt. Even though he was originally a New Zealander, Australia regarded him as one of ours. If you'd like to remind yourself of Max's musical career, you might be interested in a booklet published by Moonlight. 09.01.2022 Currently in preparation, Moonlight's next book will be an overview of the listings of the Phantom label. The author, Dave Hulme, has already compiled two previous books about important indie labels from Sydney, The Red Eye label and the Waterfront label. Both are still available for sale. 02.11.2021 Would you recognise some of Australia's rarest lps if you saw them in a bin in your local op shop or community market? While a recent book published by Moonlight publishing, Under the Radar, researched by Paul McHenry, doesn't indicate how valuable each album is, the book does describe nearly 100 albums issued by Australian singer-songwriters during the 1970s and 1980s. Many are the only release of the artist, others ignored or overlooked by the media and public at the time, but all unfortunately still remain obscure today. Each album is illustrated; McHenry provides background notes on each release and provides information, in many cases, about their subsequent careers. 08.10.2021 Sunshine Secrets, a new book from Moonlight Publishing, is available for sale now. The author, Graeme Brown, has researched every artist who had a record released on the Sunshine label. There's also a detailed biography of the man who set up the label, Ivan Dayman.

The first, Sunshine Secrets is the company's most prestigious publication, featuring full colour cover, perfect bound and insightful information about all the artists who recorded for the Sunshine label. There's a long chapter on the label's creator, Ivan Dayman, which makes for interesting reading.
