03.01.2022 Had such a special day, whale watching, and seeing eagles, connecting with some beautiful and magical animal totems, and swimming in a beautiful hydro pool. I highly recommend, finding your local hydro pool during winter for a quick dip, so good to stretch the muscles and light up the brain, and was a bit warmer then my ocean swim last week, both though were equally enjoyable.
