12.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE It’s with a heavy heart to announce that I have spent most of the day on the phone with the DHHS and the Business Victoria hotline and have been informed that at home salons with the new restrictions are NOT aloud to operate. This is due to the new social bubble rule. ... The social bubble rule means you are only aloud to have ONE allocated household visit my household. With multiple clients in and out this does not meet the requirements for the new rule. We are hoping that with the next step (step 4) at home beauty salons are aloud to finally go back to work! This is beyond annoying and I wish old mate Dan made the rules a little clearer for us, so at home beauty salons didn’t jump the gun! I will be contacting all clients who have made an appointment and I will be unfortunately cancelling it. Until the rules are made clear that I am able to return to work I will remain closed. I am so sorry to all my clients who would be as let down as I am! I was looking forward too seeing you all again and hope that it’s just around the corner! Please bear with me at this time as it is very frustrating and stressful and as small business owner I’m just trying to do the right thing.
