21.01.2022 My crazy teapots for the south east art society exhibition Weird and Wonderful

18.01.2022 We are just out of the kiln, first glaze fireing with new pyrometer. Went very well. Phew !!!

17.01.2022 Kiln nearly full with all the wonderful, creative work that everyone has been making at our Come and Try Pottery workshops that have been running over the last few weeks.

16.01.2022 Some crazy new teapots under construction. Hopefully they fit in kiln.

15.01.2022 Been really busy with pottery classes at the stables. Students doing very well and making heaps of things. Kiln is half full and just waiting for the last lotas to dry so we can finish loading and fire the Bisque

14.01.2022 Been very busy with classes at the"Stables" need to get back into studio and finish glazing some work myself

13.01.2022 This huge kiln andmuch other equipment, eg. Pottery wheels, slab roller,drying racks for printmaking,fume extraction system,smaller kilns,extruder,trollies and ware boards,etc,etc are looking for a home where the community can use them. Moorak pottery purchased them when mt gambier TAFE clossed its art dept and all this went to on line auction. We wish to this to be available to th local community for classes, workshops and individual use. Please come to Public Meeting on monday 4th nov ,city hall mt gambier 6 pm to discuss ideas for a Community Creative Space where we can all create together
