01.01.2022 Sunday 29 November 2020 Live 1.00pm ... The former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, 'Iron' Mike Tyson makes his return to the boxing ring for a much anticipation exhibition match. He will take on former four-division champion Roy Jones Jr in an eight round bout that is set to take the world by storm. Both fighters will be competing for the WBC's newly created Frontline Battle Belt. Due to safety concerns, the eight-round exhibition has had its rounds shortened to only two minutes each. Considered as one of the greatest and most feared boxers of all time, Tyson became the world’s youngest ever heavyweight champion in 1986 at the age of just 20 years old. He knocked out 44 of his 58 opponents, earning him the nickname, ‘Iron Mike’, and the reputation of the ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’. Jones Jr has also earned himself a stellar reputation with his boxing career. The former four division world champion has claimed titles at middleweight, super-middleweight, light-heavyweight and heavyweight. His last professional fight was two years ago. You can watch all the action from the Tyson vs Jones Jr fight - LIVE AT SPORTIES -
