11.01.2022 UPDATE SWAN HILL SERVICE: Please see below release from TfNSW The NSW Government closed the State’s border with Victoria today. The temporary closure came into effect from 12.01am on Wednesday 8 July under the new Public Health (COVID-19 Border Control) Order 2020. Under this Order buses are allowed to continue to operate across the NSW/Victorian border as they fall under the definition of critical services. Bus drivers and passengers will need to secure an entry permit. ... The Order prevents anyone who has been in Victoria within the previous 14 days from entering NSW unless they are authorised under the Order. Most people who are authorised to enter NSW need an entry permit, and some will need to self-isolate in NSW on entry. NSW residents travelling from Victoria to NSW will need an entry permit and will need to self-isolate for 14 days. Entry permits Bus services from Victoria and NSW are allowed to operate as normal as they are critical services, but bus drivers need to secure an entry permit. Bus drivers can apply for entry permits through Service NSW website. Customers and border residents Residents of border towns on both sides of the NSW/Victorian border need to secure a permit to cross the border. They do not need to isolate unless they have travelled to a place in Victoria outside a border community. A border community resident is a person who usually lives in the border community located at or near the border. Customers on buses are responsible for securing their own permits showing they are authorised to travel. Checkpoints and closures Services may be delayed or otherwise affected by police checkpoints and road closures. Live Traffic NSW provides up-to-date information on traffic arrangements. Bus operators should continue to use safety controls to minimise the risk of exposure to COVID-19 on their services including extra cleaning, separating drivers from customers as much as possible, and minimising cash handling where possible. School services Transport for NSW is working with the NSW and Victorian departments of education on changes that may be needed for school services in preparation for the new school term. Transport for NSW will contact affected operators directly. Further information Transport for NSW values the safety of transport staff and customers and we will continue to support all operators by monitoring services; and providing continuous customer information and signage about the importance of physical distancing, good personal hygiene, and not travelling if they are unwell. 06.01.2022 *****THANK YOU***** The team at Moore’s Bus Lines would like to take a minute thank all of our staff during the covid-19 pandemic. Without you all students would not get to school nor would the public be able to access services that our small community may not have. ... Each and everyday you all turn up to work with a smile on your face and you all go above and beyond your duties to make sure that the safety of our passengers is number one. There is a lot that is going on behind the scenes to ensure that our buses are cleaned to the highest standard. So once again thank you. We appreciate all the work you are putting in to keep our community safe.

04.01.2022 Update: Swan Hill Service At this stage the Swan Hill service will recommence on Wednesday 15th of April. However I will keep you informed if and when new information is provided. ... Thank you.
