18.01.2022 When a longstanding client advised us she was moving and intending on renting her Oxley house, we walked through her house and provided her with a list of recommended improvements for renting and for capital growth........ the biggest ones were safety related. The back ramp was falling apart on the front face and although below the legal height requiring it, a handrail was a big improvement. We also fixed up a home made ramp that was undulating and a trip hazard.
