21.01.2022 Recent events surrounding the wrongful deaths of Ahmaud Arbery in Georgia, Breonna Taylor in Kentucky, and George Floyd in Minnesota illustrate severe racial injustices in the United States. The National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) laments the recurring trauma experienced by African Americans. We condemn racism and the violent abuse of power, call for justice for victims and their families, and exhort churches to combat attitudes and systems that perpetuate racism. We are grateful for law enforcement officers who honorably serve and protect our communities and urge our members to uphold them in prayer. (NAE)

17.01.2022 The September 2020 issue of Living Today magazine has been published and will be distributed today to 11,000 households in Mooroolbark and nearby suburbs. The m...agazine can also be read or downloaded from our website (livingtoday.org.au). Due to current stay-at-home restrictions, additional paper copies are not available at the usual locations around Mooroolbark. When restrictions have eased, we hope to have some copies available at the library, community centre, and Methven Professionals Real Estate.

02.01.2022 Has Melbourne’s lockdown unleashed your creative side? Have you perfected a neglected skill, or discovered a new, previously unknown talent? For an upcoming art...icle, Living Today magazine is looking for pictures and anecdotes showing how Yarra Ranges residents have responded creatively to the stay-at-home restrictions. We would love to hear about your experiences and see photos of your craft projects, your children’s artwork, or other examples of your handiwork. Please send submissions or queries to [email protected], or message us on Facebook. See more
