20.01.2022 OUR DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY.. Here at Mopheadz we are a very busy salon therefore if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. This is to give us time to fill your appointment time with someone else. As of July 1st we have implemented a deposit system. We will require a $50 deposit on selected colour and extension services to secure your booking. (30% will be required when booking online ) This deposit is non refundable. It will be redeemed at your appointment or can be rolled over to your next appointment However if you reschedule/cancel with less than 24 hours notice your deposit will forfeited. Thank you for your understanding and support of my small business Jen x
