22.01.2022 Hey ladies, this promises to be an awesome (online) conference for mums, with international speakers and workshops to choose from. MOPS Devonport are looking at hosting on the Saturday morning 16/10, (a bit of dad and kids time at home for the rest of the family) then you can watch the remainder of the conference in your own time. Tickets need to be purchased individually, but please let us know so we can enjoy the moments together. Early bird price finishes on Friday! Check it out!

02.01.2022 Hi mums, This (Online) conference promises to be really good, with international speakers and workshops. It’s aimed at mums of preschoolers! Early bird registration at the cheaper price closes on Friday. At Devonport MOPS we are looking at hosting a group of mums to watch online together, on the Saturday morning 16/10, while kids and dads have special time together at home. 14.11.2021 Hey lovely mums and bubs, Yay it’s a Mops week!!! Because of our building works at Devonport Church of Christ, we are moving Mops this Thursday 10 June, to Kathrynn’s house at 2 Jarrod Court Devonport. Mops carers will be there to play with your little ones, but it’s a smaller play space so we’ll cut back to 9.30-11 am. Di from local small business, Declutter With Di will be sharing the why behind our clutter and giving us tips to declutter our lives. Morning tea provide...d by table Hulk (that’s green table). If anyone needs a lift to get there please let us know and we’ll try to work something out. * Just to be open and honest, Kathrynn’s husband was in regional Victoria recently - he’s had negative covid tests and is back at work after isolating, but if that’s an issue for you we understand. 03.11.2021 Hey guys! On Thursday we have something very important to pay attention to! We need to know a little bit more about this hidden and often forgotten part of the body the pelvic floor... Pelvic floor exercises aren’t often high on the priority list, but they should be. Most of us will have a baby sit on our pelvic floor for up to 9 months at a time during pregnancy, some of us will delivery a baby vaginally stretching the pelvic floor up to 300% of it’s normal length and we will all go through menopause and the hormonal changes that comes with it. Come along Thursday so we can all be better informed and inspired in looking after our bodies. Making it easier as it can really impact a women’s quality of life . See you there
