22.01.2022 One of our Beautiful MOPS Mummas has been organising this raffle to raise money for street children in Kenya called KINDNESS FOR KENYA. Funds will help to pay for education (around puberty, exploitation, drug trafficking & basic human needs like water, shelter, safety, support, food & sanitary items for the girls and women. All local donations and 3 large prizes! ... 1 ticket for $5 and 3 for $10 onwards. Every little bit counts, Thankyou so much. Follow the link to go in the draw! Yes it looked a little different, no spread of yummy food and endless hot cuppas with our cherubs being cared for by our Mops Kids carers, BUT we did still meet and connect digitally! ... Even though we are staying in our homes caring for our little ones & life does look and feel different - we were able to connect using technology, listen to each other & share our stories! The world we know it is changing at a rapid rate right now - we have had to make a call to keep you all safe and not meet as we usually would as a MOPS community. Even though it will be sad not to physically meet together - we pray that you and your families remain well as you stay at home. ... Some FUN ideas for you to survive these difficult times - Play music & dance with your children Pick Flowers & put them in your home Teach your children how to cook Stay in your PJs all day Plant some seeds Do a puzzle Do what makes you happy Move your body daily Read books to your children Pick up your phone & talk Nourish your body with good food Collect random items from a walk Communicate with your loved ones Pray to God - He is always listening. We understand that the next few days, weeks & possibly months may be stressful but please reach out to us via messenger, comments below and keep connect.
