17.01.2022 We've been enjoying our MOPs online meetings these past few months and we were blessed to have a dietician join us yesterday. Chloe had some great tips for fussy eaters! Did you know it can take up to 10 exposures to a new food for a child to begin accepting it?! Feel free to contact Chloe if you'd like her to speak to your mother's group online.

01.01.2022 Many MOPS groups are currently meeting online via Zoom or Facebook. Some online groups have capacity to include new mums. If you can’t normally get along to MOP...S because of other commitments or because there is no group near you, this could be your opportunity to find virtual community with other mums of little kids. Please note that this is a limited online-only offer. Once restrictions are lifted and groups once again meet in person, your continued attendance in the group would be subject to normal membership requirements of that group (ie that there is a place available, that there are sufficient child-carers, registration in the group, etc). There are also three MUMSnext groups meeting online.
