23.01.2022 MOR Accountants wishes our staff, families, clients and the broader community a very happy and safe Easter. It will be a very different Easter weekend for us all, but thankfully we hear the Easter Bunny is an essential worker and will still make those important deliveries. Today we ran our annual Easter raffle, with all proceeds donated to the Good Friday Appeal. A total of $655 was raised which was a fantastic effort.... Congratulations to our winner Tom McDonough and Danny Molloy as runner up. Stay safe everyone and enjoy this time with your families.

21.01.2022 MEET STEVE CARTLEDGE Steve is one of the partners here at MOR Accountants. He is born and bred in Ballarat, attending school at St Patrick’s College and studying an Accounting and Computing degree at the University of Ballarat (now Federation University). Steve loves being an Accountant and thinks he was born for the profession, with his favourite aspects of being an Accountant helping his clients and staff, learning new rules and applying these to his client’s circumstance...s as well as having an exciting and enthusiastic team in the office. On weekends he enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren and their children Noah and Ella. This usually involves a bike ride, good food and wine. Steve is a Hawthorn supporter (we won’t hold that against him) and they have a pet cat named Dottie, who is actually covered in stripes and he promises the kids named her. See more

17.01.2022 The 2020 end of financial year is here. We wish our clients, staff, families and the broader community a very happy and safe New Year! We have worked tirelessly to understand and implement a mountain of new legislation to ensure our clients are supported through these unprecedented times. A special mention to our staff for their extra efforts these past few months as well. We have started receiving enquiries regarding your 2020 income tax returns and our team cannot wait t...o help you out. We are encouraging appointments over the phone or through emails where possible, to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff. 13.01.2022 Our first social function of the year kicked off with MOR trying out the famous toasties made by Masterchef contestant Tim Bone. As you can see by the pictures we had some very hungry staff members that were highly satisfied with the different types of toasties made by Tim. It was a good night had by all and a great way to kick off the social calendar for the 2020 year.

05.01.2022 HAVE YOU MET.. Claire White? Claire is a Chartered Accountant in our team and a mad Western Bulldogs supporter. She went to Ballarat Secondary College and then Federation University studying a Bachelor of Commerce. On weekends, Claire loves catching up with family and friends, reading, baking, walking the lake, helping on her family’s farm and going to concerts and music festivals. She has a pet Jack Russell called Pippi and at work she just loves helping her clients with their business and accounting matters. Claire adores working at MOR because of the fantastic team, great opportunities presented to her and always learning new things. We love having Claire around too!
