18.01.2022 For all our new friends and followers so you know what we do the spit pigs we do are done a Filipino style comes from the city Cebu and is known in the philippines as Lechon is a roasted pig we follow a secret family recipe that we were taught from a good friend from Cebu doing a pig this way gives one of the best roasted pig in the world the pig is spilt and stuffed and tied to pole then sewed from tail to head to keep in juice we have cooked for many coustomers and friends who have tried spit pig done other ways but this way is the best
