10.01.2022 Happy Monday Moranbah BMX Fam! Here is this weeks schedule. We can’t wait to see everyone trackside for a long overdue catch-up, a hello to new members and some riding! For those interested in BMX as a sport, it’s not too late to sign up as a member, we have a free 4 week trial available too. Scroll down on our page for details on that. 22.12.2021 2022 NEW OFFICIALS NEEDED Without officials we cannot race. They’re roll each week is very important to our club but also to you or your child being able to race each week! If you’d like to look into this, it’s really easy STEP 1 - PURCHASE A NON-RIDING MEMBERSHIP THROUGH AUSCYCLING AUSTRALIA (https://www.auscycling.org.au/membership/non-riding) This will cost $10, which the club will reimburse with a $10 canteen voucher ... STEP 2 - ACQUIRE YOUR BLUE CARD (if you don't already have one) THROUGH THE QLD GOVERNMENT WEBSITE (https://www.qld.gov.au//regul/blue-card/applications/apply) STEP 3 - COMPLETE THE BMX CLUB OFFICIALS COURSE (https://www.auscycling.org.au//sport-d/officials-education) We are always searching for new first aiders also. 06.12.2021 More Hands Make Light Work! To make things a little easier for our committee, we have created an online Volunteer Register for all available positions each week for the whole first term! This includes canteen, and officials positions. If you would be so kind as to follow the link below and let us know what dates your available to help. We hope this makes it easier to plan in advance for everyone with all different rosters; and once you confirm just save it in your calendar ...:) If you’d like to become an official to help take the load off some of our rockstars that do it week in week out, it’s super easy to do!
