24.01.2022 How’s that for a before & after shot! We recently upgraded this switchboard to current standards, protecting EVERY circuit via individual earth leakage devices and is now ready and waiting for Ergon to connect their new meters. We also installed an inlet and generator changeover switch for those random power outages If you’re concerned about the condition of your switchboard or are interested in generator backup and surge protection systems, give the team a call.

08.01.2022 What dangers are lurking in your home??? Let me introduce you to VIR cable Vulcanized Indian Rubber cable was very popular 50+ years ago. Over time the insulation becomes brittle and breaks down, exposing the live conductors creating a fire hazard and potential electric shock. It is commonly found run in thin steel conduit (as in the upper left pic). ... Luckily for these renovators we quickly identified and rectified the issues before they could become a greater hazard down the track. 03.01.2022 This client had some damages from the recent storms and need some things fixed up on their shed and decided to upgrade to LED lighting. They opted to put the external lighting on a 3 position switch so they can operate the external flood lights via the sensor and conventional switching We also wired up their hoist and installed some new GPOs for convenience.
