21.01.2022 We are back from Monday November 9th. Due to Covid restrictions class numbers will be limited. I need to hear from every one who wants to come as to what classes they want to come to. I'm sure the morning classes will get support. 9.30am Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat. Nights Mon & Thursday 7pm. Will need minimum of 5 committed participants so we can run these classes.

18.01.2022 Tone it up Tuesday - Legs and Bums Warm up : 30 seconds skip on spot, 30 seconds touch the floor / hit the ceiling, 30 seconds side kicks each leg and repeat all (4 min total) Legs : 1 minute squats (hold a weight to chest if you want to up it), 1 minute lunges (alternate to up it, or walking to make it even harder), 1 minute squats with a front kick, 1 minute wall sit (make it longer if you can!) 1 minute squat position and do fast middle punches... 1 minute spiderman plank Bums : all in hydrant position (30 secs each side) -1 minute hydrant, 1 minute leg to ceiling, 1 minute kick leg to back wall, 1 minute side kick 1 minute squat position and do fast middle punches 1 minute spiderman plank Repeat Legs and Bums for another round Cool down with a gentle walk for 5 minutes See more

15.01.2022 Sunday Session - Tums and Arms Warm up : 30 seconds jog on spot, 30 seconds star jumps, 30 seconds front kicks each leg and repeat all (4 min total) Arms : Use weights or cans of whatever you have - 1 minute bicep curls, 1 minute tricep extension, 1 minute pushups, 1 minute alternating punches with weight 1 minute as many burpees as you can... 1 minute plank Abs : 1 minute bicycle, 1 minute up to ceiling, 1 minute opposite elbow to knee, 1 minute side to side 1 minute as many burpees as you can 1 minute plank thats a quick 16 minute work out or repeat for a 32 minute Feel free to post your workout pics to help keep everyone motivated :)

05.01.2022 Hi Everyone In these sad trying times the big decision is to close or not close. I leave it up to each individual to make that decision. Martial Arts Australia, Australia peak body says "its our duty to stay open" We have a responsibility to our students to continue "relating to fitness and mental well being."... So unless instructed we will continue with Taekwondo and Kickboxing. We will maintain distance and observe proper hygiene practice. Keep well and continue to train Regards David
