15.01.2022 Another hot week ahead. Heading to the pool is a good way to cool off, if you can. I'm starting to see some stiff necks coming into my clinic. If the night cools down a lot after a warm day, we don't pull our doona up to our chin and can get a chill in the neck and feel very stiff and sore. 05.01.2022 Well, finally next week things will settle back into my normal days of Wednesday and Friday. I'm already fully booked for next week, taking bookings for Wednesday 17th and Friday 19th June. To keep everyone safe, Im wearing a mask and doing lots of extra cleaning so the place is shining and lemon fresh! Also asking that people wait in their cars out front to avoid cross over in the waiting room. I'll come out to call you in when ready.

03.01.2022 I hope everyone had a lovely Valentines Day and weekend. With warm days and nights, I've had many people reporting stiffness through the neck and shoulders from sleeping with fans or air conditioners on at night time, in attempts to get a good night's sleep. This is an area most of us seem to hold our tension and if we get a bit cool in this area, tension can easily turn into a bit of stiffness. Often a light rub and some stretching can improve this. This week promises to ...be a bit cooler, which will be a bit more comfortable. Hopefully there's some better sleep to be had. I have one appointment left on Tuesday at 2.15pm.
