21.01.2022 Event #204 1 May 2021 This week 32 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 12 were first timers and 4 recorded new Personal Bests. 21.01.2022 Welcome to a new year! And the first Moree parkrun for 2021 this Saturday (that’s tomorrow!). This year parkrun is doing something a bit different in its #parkrunresolution campaign over the next 8 weeks. But resolutions are not the only reason you should come on down. Try something new, meet new people, become part of a community, give volunteering a try. Whether you’re coming for the first time, or coming after a hiatus everyone is welcome. Remember - were free, weekly, timed and you can do it all at your own pace. Frome Street across from the Rocket Park, 6:50 briefing for a 7:00am start.

19.01.2022 Did you know? parkrun is inviting you to participate in the #parkrunresolution which goes for 8 weeks! Whatever your resolution may be, from starting with one lap and making it to the full 5km or setting a new PB, it’s up to you. Make 2021 the start of something great!

09.01.2022 Sunny morning: check. Good temperature: check. Better vibe: double check! So everything was ready for us to enjoy a wonderful morning with the #188 edition of the Moree Parkrun by running/walking along our river as every Saturday. Thank you to the 38 participants and 5 volunteers to make it possible and hope to see you here again next week :)

06.01.2022 After a well deserved break our parkrunners were back on the course, and not without a hint of festivities first! We had 23 parkrunners join us this cool and windy morning (by Moree standards anyway!), with 5 PBs and 2 First Timers. It was great to welcome back some familiar faces, the Custance Clan visiting from the coast and Ben Mack, currently on un-exchange from Chicago. Of course we couldn’t have done it without the help of our volunteers, Jacqui Still, Jenny James, Ro...n Clissold, Annette Hadley and Suzanne Bouliopoulos Enjoy! And see you all next week

06.01.2022 Thanks you to our park runners that came out and joined us this chilly April morning! Despite the rain and the drizzle, we had 16 parkrunners walk, jog and run the parkrun course this morning. It was good to see no PBs (no PBs in wet weather!!!) but we did have a first timer. Thanks also to our volunteers who braved the conditions - Jacqui Still, Annette Hadley, Janine Randall, Lyn Heffernan, Val Baker and Wayne Clissold. ... See you all next week!
