12.01.2022 Happy #worldscoutday! A number of Leaders and Adult members from Moreland-Darebin District have been recognised today with awards for their service to the Scouting Movement. 11.01.2022 We have a new Plenty Valley Region badge reflecting the new district in the region, Whittlesea District. Can you work out which parts represent Moreland-Darebin? These badges will be available for purchase soon.

09.01.2022 This week marks the 99th Anniversary of a heroic act by Thomas Hurford of the former 1st Preston Scout Group. In September 1921, Thomas bravely attempted to save two younger boys who were drowning in the Yarra river but sadly lost his life. For his effort to save lives he was awarded the Cornwall Badge, the greatest honour in Scouting at the time.

09.01.2022 Scout groups each have a colourful unique scarf for identification. Here are a range of unknown scarves that we think may have belonged to groups in our area. If you recognise any of them, please let us know!
