19.01.2022 Replaced this old gas storage hot water heater the other day. The tank had burst and was not able to be repaired. I installed the therman 6 star 26l continuous flow hot water unit in its place. This family won't be running out of hot water anymore as the continuous flow heats the water as it passes through the unit.

17.01.2022 Here is a before and after photo of a bathroom I renovated a few months ago. Even though there is alot squeezed into this bathroom, the in wall cistern and wall hung vanity really help to make it feel open.

14.01.2022 For sale! Anyone that needs a swampy, I have a 1 year old bonaire with 3 yrs warranty! Brand new this model is worth about $1700, I'm selling this one for $800. This is a great unit perfect for a 5-6 outlet home. If anyone is interested or you have any questions, shoot me a message.

10.01.2022 I was called out to a evaporative air conditioner today with the customer complaining the air wasn't as cold as it used to be. I jumped up on the roof and found this old girl, I spotted the problem straight away. As you can see from the photo on the right the aspen pads are missing it's filling and is never going to cool the air down efficiently. A new set of pads will solve the problem but on this occasion the owner decided to replace due to cooler having other issues and it's age. If you think your cooler isn't working as well as it used to, Contact Moreland Plumbing & Gasfitting for a service and we will get you running good as new

04.01.2022 The old nail in the pipe trick. This one was a doozy, tenant had noticed water damage around kitchen cabinets and skirting. I removed the taps under kitchen sink to find inside of wall to be very wet and mouldy, I removed section of wall under sink to locate leak and found a nail going straight into pipe, but rather than spray out the nail had almost sealed itself in the pipe, leaving the pipe to only weep a small amount of water. This could only have happened when the house was being built which I'm guessing was around 10 years ago. I'm amazed it's gone unnoticed until now.
