Now is the time to loosen up and get moving again. - Unwind from stresses and strains of being in the fast lane. - Learn to overcome pain and stiffness ... - Learn about the Feldenkrais approach to easy whole-body movement patterns, using 'Awareness Through Movement' (ATM). Come to the Inner Health Centre at Organic Feast in East Maitland. How often: 8 x Monday sessions - 45 - 50 minutes each. Time: 9:15am to 10:00am. Small Class environment, at $25 per session. Bookings are essential - Call or SMS Lyn on: 0405344335 Participants: please bring your exercise mat, and 2 towels - 1 to lie on, 1 for your head.
