11.01.2022 Happy Tuesday fitness bunnies! Sorry ive been absent, frantically planning new MTA things to commence when I get back from my other distraction, a trip to London and Paris. I will be away from the 23rd of june till the 16th of july but will be still taking pt session bookings via Facebook just message me! Starting the 4th of August I will be hosting a get ready for summer 12 week challenge! I will post a schedule as soon as things are finalized!

10.01.2022 Hello Everyone!! I am back from the UK and Europe and ready and rearing to go!! Starting 4th of August with a 12 week pre summer blitzcamp!
