18.01.2022 In Queensland, just 45% of our waste is recovered or recycled*. With National Recycling Week this week (9 - 15 Nov 2020), it's the perfect opportunity to rethink waste, assess how to reduce your waste and recycle right. Need a few tips, here's three 1 Change your waste habits. Dump your concrete waste in dedicated concrete recycling facilities, like ours. ... 2 Change your purchasing habits. Purchase recycled concrete products. 3 Ask for change. Speak up, it if you notice that your employer, supplier or local council is not recycling their concrete or choosing more sustainable alternatives. *Based on the FY2017 Recycling and Waste in Queensland report.

09.01.2022 We know that it can be a dusty job to recycle concrete, which is why we're constantly looking for ways to keep the dust at bay and to reduce our environmental impact. Our new dust suppression equipment in the yard is our Mist Cannon! This mobile device has the power to shoot a high-pressure mist (over 45 metres) and capture any dust particles from the source.

05.01.2022 What a doozy start to our day! Dead flat tyre on our wheel loader. A huge thank you to John from Oztread tyres for saving our bacon and answering our distressed call so early this morning. By 8 am, we were back to zipping around the yard, shifting concrete waste and filling customer trays with product. Thank you also to our customers for your understanding. We regret that we had to turn some of you away and that we were late with our deliveries. So, once again, than...k you very much for your patience. You guys are the best! P.S. Thanks, Charlie, for being on top of it this morning and getting to the bottom of the problem so quickly. You're a good egg!
