09.01.2022 Today we were lucky enough to meet the team at @sirrometwines. We haven't been able to ferment fast enough so we reached out to Sirromet and they have helped us out with some bulk wine that didn't quite meet their high standards (but will make for some extra nice hand sanitiser). Mike and Glen were really supportive and happy to show us around their very impressive set up. We were fan-girling pretty hard. We've been blown away by the local support we've received.
